| FCR Works Shock Shaft Bleed Jet and Check Valve | |

The FCR bleed jet and check valve offers a
different flow rate in each direction of travel. On stock
shocks, the lo-speed rebound adjuster flows the same on the
compression and rebound strokes. With the standard shock
configuration, our tests show that when the lowest speed rebound
damping is quick enough to get decent traction, the lowest speed
compression damping is way too soft. The works shock shaft bleed
jet and check valve eliminates the vague feeling as well as
bottoming on long duration hits such as big dips or gullies
(g-outs). Both compression and rebound are greatly enhanced.
This is a true works upgrade. Shock shaft requires machining.
This service is free of charge with purchase of works bleed jet
and check valve, as long as the shock shaft only is sent in.

FCR's Works Shock Piston offers much lower
friction than the stock piston, as well as other aftermarket
pistons. Our works shock piston also is 1/2 the weight of a
stock piston, offering you with less dynamic weight inside the
shock absorber...lightweight, less friction, and custom cnc'd
rebound and compression ports allow your shock to run cooler,
longer. This means your shock fluid stays fresher longer and the
wheel to ground traction is maximized with plushness and the
bottoming resistance is increased as well. All Works Pistons are
isotropic super finished which also allows the shock fluid to
communicate more freely through decreased friction. Hard
anodized in FCR trademark brown to further enhance fluid life.

New!! Works fork and shock mod kit for the all
new 2011 KTM 250SXF/350SXF/450SXF models. Kit comes with a true
works 50MM shock piston, works shock resevoir chamber and high
volume nitrogen cap and bladder, and works fork piston assembly.
This kit offers a true works feel compared to the stock
configuration. The all new works shock piston has 40% less
friction than the stock WP piston band. The works resevoir
chamber assembly replaces the stock WP resevoir which has a
nitrogen seperator piston design that generates unacceptable
friction due to the nature of the design. The FCR Works resevoir
chamger assembly has no moving parts thus eliminating even more
unwanted friction. By installing the FCR Works low-friction
shock piston design with the works resevoir chamber your 2011
KTM 250SXF and KTM 350SXF rear shock will work much much better
over small to medium size bumps and will be fade free in those
long motos. The works fork pistons are by far the best fork
piston available for the WP fork. The stock piston design has
too much flow area which puts too much leverate on the shim
stack. In order to take the harshness out using the stock piston
the bottoming resistance goes away and vice-versa. With the FCR
works fork piston you get the plushness you need with much more
front end traction and excellent bottoming resistance. A true
works kit that you can purchase from us or have it
professionally installed at our facility. These components are
